What is the cause of arc breakage in CNC plasma cutting machine?

In fact, the production and application of CNC plasma cutting machine in our country is quite mature. Generally, primary faults are mostly caused by power supply and loss parts, so manufacturers will also seek solutions from these two aspects. However, arc breakage in the cutting machine is not necessarily only due to these two reasons.

Arc breakage in the CNC plasma cutting machine is most likely caused by low gas pressure or spark failure. It can be simply understood as insufficient fuel and failure to ignite. The solution is also very simple.

In the case of insufficient air pressure, the cylindrical pulse dust collector may have a lack of air output from the air compressor, the regulating valve of the CNC plasma cutting machine is not adjusted properly, or there may be stains in the air flow path that hinder the flow of gas. In this case, first check the air compressor value, then the air filter pressure reducing valve. Using poor air quality can lead to stains in the pathways.

These gases are ionized in the body to form small arcs, which are ejected from the nozzle and ignited to work normally. Electric sparks need to be discharged during this process. When a fault occurs, the spark arrester motor should be checked, the discharge time and gap should be adjusted, and if CNC plasma cutting machine still cannot be used, the parts can be replaced.
